Our Process

We start with layout and excavation, then set the steel and rough in the Schedule 40 PVC plumbing. The gunite shell is sprayed and cured, followed by tile and coping, the surrounding deck, and the interior finish. The perimeter deck ties into an NEC 680 equipotential bonding grid at four or more points within three feet of the shell, and we set ANSI/PHTA/ICC-7 anti-entrapment drain covers before startup and water balance.
